A living organization
No boss, no fixed org chart: here, self-governance shapes day-to-day work and you contribute according to your strengths and convictions.
We grow, we perform and we have fun doing it. It's what keeps us together, and what protects the quality delivered to our clients.
Versatile, experienced, and often full-stack. But beyond technical skills, it's who you are that matters to us: we love working with curious minds who are hungry to learn.
A representative example of software design mandates: the palette varies by project and by discipline (cybersecurity, AI, integration, R&D).
No boss, no fixed org chart: here, self-governance shapes day-to-day work and you contribute according to your strengths and convictions.
You choose how and when you work; in exchange, you fully own your commitments.
Your path follows your passions, your expertise and your progress, not a ladder of rungs.
You invest beyond your task: for the team, for our clients and for the Logisphère community.
No budget ceiling for your participation in events and your continuous training: the organization gives you what you need to equip yourself.
Hybrid mode, flexible hours and a 35-hour week: work adapts to your life, not the other way around.
Don't take our word for it: Québec's business community says so.
The Fidéides award celebrates excellence and leadership among businesses in the Québec City region, where Logisphère was recognized for the innovation of its HR practices.
Mercuriades 2025 ↗Québec's most prestigious business competition recognized our continuous improvement approach, along with our feedback and coaching practices.
Mercuriades 2026 ↗Recognizing our governance: a non-hierarchical model where shared power drives greater engagement, and collective intelligence guides our decisions.
Overall well-being and concrete recognition of effort are part of what makes a career last.
Flexibility for a healthy work-life balance.
Group insurance, telemedicine and an employee assistance program.
A concrete share of the results you helped build.
Shape Logisphère's evolution through our involvement groups.
A colleague to guide you, plus continuous learning.
Open, direct and regular, with check-ins on the calendar.
"We recruit curious minds looking for more than just a job, but the chance to get truly involved."
At Logisphère, we deliver client mandates through three modes of engagement, each answering different needs.
Type 1: Traditional consulting. You join the client's team, working in their technology environment, following their methods, processes and schedule.
Type 2: Integrated team at the client. Several Logisphère consultants work together, in close collaboration with the client, with Logisphère oversight remaining present.
Type 3: Delivery through our development centre. The client entrusts us with full delivery of the project; our teams are dedicated, supervised and backed by our full bench of experts.
On Boulevard Lebourgneuf, in Québec City. It's important to live in the region or be able to travel there occasionally for team activities.
You choose to work from home, from our Québec City offices or from the client's site, whatever suits you, within each mandate's requirements. The occasional office visit still matters: our team, training and social activities are at the heart of our culture.
It isn't common practice here. For the rare occasions it can't be avoided, hours worked beyond the regular schedule are banked, and you manage them independently.
You take the days you need; all absences are paid and your pay stays steady all year. There's no separate bank of vacation, sick days or banked time: a principle of trust, guided by common sense and fairness for the whole team.
Three questions to ask yourself: is your client comfortable with it? Is your team comfortable with it? Is Logisphère's financial health secure despite your time off? If everything checks out, just confirm your dates with us.
After administrative costs and taxes, a third of the company's net profit is redistributed to the team, twice a year:
Through our involvement groups (GI): volunteer teams that form around a shared idea, need or goal to improve how we work, supported by the management team.
Six steps: pre-qualification, cultural alignment, technical test, final interview, final validations and decision. A collective decision, considered at every step.
You'll receive an invitation for a first short conversation. The goal: make sure the people moving forward in the process are a strong match for Logisphère, our culture and the consulting profession.
You'll be invited to a first meeting with future teammates: behavioural fit and understanding of our culture matter to us as much as technical skills.
You'll complete a real-time online test with one of our senior consultants. The goal is to gauge your technical level by placing you in a situation as close as possible to our reality.
If your technical level checks out, you're invited to an in-depth meeting with our Culture and Engagement team. We discuss working conditions and take the time to answer all your questions.
To make sure you can serve any client, we verify your employment references and conduct a background check.
At Logisphère, hiring is a collective decision. The team meets to weigh all the information gathered before deciding on hiring the new person. You'll be informed of the final decision as soon as possible.
If you recognize yourself in this vision and this culture, reach out, even without a posted role that matches your skills.
